Steve Reynolds, Winemaker
Wine has always played a large role in Steve’s life — from the time he was a teenager, tasting his way across Europe, to the moment, 20 years ago, when he decided to quit his day job and transform a dilapidated chicken ranch into a Tuscan-inspired winery. That winery — Reynolds Family Wines – has since blossomed into, well, let’s call it the Reynolds Family of Wines. That’s because over the last decade Steve has launched three ground-breaking brands and has been retained by half a dozen boldface clients.
Steve Reynolds can be contacted at [email protected].

Cameron Reynolds, National Sales Manager
Exposure to the wine industry is something Cameron has never been short of. Cameron Reynolds has interned and worked harvests in the Napa Valley since he was just a kid. From working harvests to observing the industry through the eyes of supply chain to heading National Sales, he has seen what it takes to grow a business on all scales of the wine world.
Cameron was born in Napa CA and was raised on his family’s estate winery in the Napa Valley. He grew up watching his parents build a legacy and the Reynolds Family Brand that still thrives evermore today.
He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s degree in Wine and Viticulture and a concentration in wine business. Cameron returned to the Napa Valley to begin a career that would allow his family name to live on in the Napa Valley and across the country. He hopes to grow the Reynolds Family brand and continue the legacy of being “family owned and operated.”
Cameron Reynolds can be contacted at [email protected].

Israel Irucuta, Vineyard Manager
Our vineyard management team is led by Arturo’s brother, Israel, whose “boots are on the ground” every day.

Traci Stanier, General Manager
Traci Stanier is a lifelong Californian who moved to Napa in 1998. She has a diverse and dynamic background in sales, the service industry and operations work that gives her a unique perspective on life and work. Traci started working for Reynolds Family Winery in 2007 in the Tasting Room. This led her to the position of Administrative Assistant to owner Suzie Reynolds, working for her family’s insurance company. In February of 2020, Traci returned to Reynolds Family Winery as General Manager.
Traci is an excellent communicator who brings a fresh and energetic approach to the wine industry. When not working at the winery, Traci spends her free time with her husband and five adult children. She loves living in the Napa Valley where she enjoys cooking, entertaining and of course wine!
Traci Stanier can be contacted at [email protected].

Reece Simpson, Tasting Room Associate
Reece Simpson has been a part of the Reynolds Team for 6 years. Starting in the cellar, he assisted Arturo with punch downs, pump overs, racking, blending, bottling and every other job you can think of in the cellar. Eager to share his “Reynolds” wine knowledge with others, Reece began not only working in the cellar but started pouring wine in the tasting room as well.
Reece Simpson can be contacted at [email protected].

Julio Andrade, Cellar Team
Julio has been with the Reynolds Family for almost 10 years. As Arturos “right hand man,” Julio knows the ins and outs of the cellar, performing punch downs, pump overs, racking, blending, lab readings and every other thing you can possibly think of.

Arturo Irucuta, Cellar Master / Assistant Winemaker
Our cellar team is led by Arturo Irucuta who has been with Reynolds for more than 15 years. He is our backbone, cellar master, and makes the calls when Steve is not present. Arturo is a gifted enologist, viticulturist, and has a “a pallet” unlike any in the valley.
Arturo is not only Steves assistant winemaker and cellar master, but he also owns his own vineyard management company with his brother Israel. Together the two look over and manage dozens of vineyards in the Napa Valley.
Arturo Irucuta can be contacted at [email protected].

Jesus Zamora, Cellar Team / Tasting Room Associate
Jesus Zamora, born and raised in the Napa Valley, has been working in the hospitality industry since he can remember. Prior to joining the Reynolds Team, Jesus managed several different restaurants from Napa up to Calistoga. Jesus has been working under his uncle, Arturo, in the cellar for the past year learning what it takes to become a winemaker. He hopes to share is knowledge with you as you visit us in the tasting room!
Jesus Zamora can be contacted at [email protected].

Lisa Zunino, Tasting Room Associate
Lisa Zunino, a California Native, has worked in the wine industry for over 20 years. As a close family friend of the Reynolds Family, she is eager to share her stories of the family and the wines as you visit us in the tasting room!
Lisa Zunino can be contacted at [email protected].

Penelope Templeton, Tasting Room Associate
Penelope Templeton, born and raised in the Napa Valley, has been friends with the Reynold Family since she was just a kid. Graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt, Penelope returned home to further her wine knowledge while continuing to study for the LSAT. As an aspiring soon to be lawyer, she hopes you will join us for a tasting!
