Join Our Wine Club

The secret to a good life is to drink good wine, drink it often and share it with friends.


Wine Club Member Benefits, Requirements and Terms:

Wine Selections

  • 3 shipments will be shipped every four months per year and your credit card will automatically be billed for the retail price of the wines less your 20% discount, plus any applicable states taxes.
  • There are no substitutions, but wine can be added to your shipment

• You can enjoy a 20% discount on club shipments and all orders thereafter. (Sorry, this does not include RFW Reserve or Library Wines, Thirteen or Fourteen Appellations or Merchandise)
• Complimentary tasting & barrel tastings (by appointment) when visiting the winery for you and up to 3 in your party - member must be present to taste
• Winery Guest house available at special rates/2 night minimum stay
• Exclusive availability on all new releases, limited production & library wines, as well as email updates and insider information on our other projects.
• Invitations to exclusive member-only events, including our annual TTC party (Tacos, Tequila & Cabernet).
• Newsletters with tasting notes and recipes to pair with your club shipment wines along with news from around the winery.

Wine Club Rules:

• Members are responsible for changes in address and credit cards. Members will be charged for all shipping costs incurred by wine returned due to address changes or non-availability of required signature.
• Due to government regulations, we CAN NOT ship to non-reciprocal states.
• Members may cancel at any time after the 2nd shipment. It must be provided in writing or email. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled shipment will take effect on the following shipment. Any requests to skip a shipment will constitute a club cancellation.

The average cost of club shipments is subject to change based on production and availability.
  • The day of your wine leaves the warehouse, an email will be automatically generated by the carrier listing the tracking number of your package. Click on the link to follow your package progress so you will be available to sign for the wine. Carriers will attempt three deliveries. After the third attempt, the carrier will hold the package at their hub for an additional three days before returning it to the winery. To avoid any return, redirect or reshipment fees, please provide a business address where an adult over the age of 21 is available to sign for the wine.

Will-Call

  • Members who choose to pick up their wines at the winery may enjoy a pickup window of approximately 5 weeks, after which time the wine will automatically be shipped to the address on file. Shipping charges will apply.

Notifications & Communication

  • Reynolds Family Winery's main form of communication with our members is email. Please note that we do not sell, share, lease, or rent your information; your information is for Reynolds Family Winery use.

Weather Concerns

  • We may automatically hold shipments during time of extreme weather to protect your investment.
  • Carriers deliver to businesses in the morning hours and to residences in the afternoon or evening. Carrier trucks are not temperature-controlled, therefore, we prefer to ship to a business address to limit the amount of time your wine will be on the delivery truck. If you do not have a business address, contact us and we can change your shipping information to the nearest FedEx Kinko’s, who will hold your wine without charge for three days.
  • Carriers will be chosen by the winery to ensure best possible pricing and delivery method. Please contact us directly if you have a preferred carrier.
  • Method of transportation (Ground or Air) will be chosen by the winery to ensure your wine arrives in the condition it was sent.

State and Local Laws

  • Per individual state laws, membership may not be available in your area. Due to local election, state laws may change without notice. Please contact us to verify whether we are able to ship to your state.
  • Members must be at least 21 years of age and provide verification of their date of birth upon signup.

Red Wine Lovers Club ($157.00/Shipment)
 
Steve Reynolds hand selects 3-4 bottles of the best, award winning red wines we produce, we will ship them directly to you 3 times per year. Shipments will include our new releases, to insure you do not get left out, one exclusive library wine and one unique “Steve” creation for club members only...not found anywhere else! Choose this club if you want to receive only red wines.

Shipment Price Range: $150-$300 each, not including tax or shipping 
Persistence Case Club (12 Bottles/Shipment)
 

The Persistence Club is designed for those 'Persistent' wine lovers who enjoy drinking our hand, limited production Reynolds Family Wines, often!

You will receive 12 bottles of your choice three times per year. If you are feeling lucky, you can ask for us to pick the bottles for you! The price will vary depending upon the wine you selected to fill the case. You will receive your 20% wine club discount on these selections [excluding the Stags Leap District Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot].

Life Well Lived Club ($140.00/Shipment)
 
3-4 bottles of our best mix of award winning Red and White wines also hand selected by Steve Reynolds to get just the right mix in your cellar; 3 shipments directly to you per year. This club will include our newest releases of both red and white so you do not miss them, one exclusive library wine and the annual “Steve” creation...only sold to wine club members...nowhere else! Choose this club if you want a mix of red and white wines.

Shipment Price Range: $105-$300 each, not including tax or shipping
The Naughty Addition ($90.00/Shipment)
 
Just for the fun of it! Naughty, what else do you need to say right? The Reynolds side project is full of unique blends and Rhone varietals, just down-right good juice to share with friends or keep to yourself. This club can be added to any of our other clubs and will include 3 bottles of our sinful side project, shipped once per year.

Shipment Price Range: $105-$115 including tax or shipping
White Only Please (12 Bottles/Shipment)
 

Will receive three cases of Chardonnay a year - January, April and October.

Steadfast Club ($2,220.00/Shipment)
 
Steadfast embodies the passion and drive our
family pours into every bottle of wine we create. This
impressive wine features a pewter Reynolds Family
Winery crest and the quality and elegance of the
wine is inherent before you even take your first sip!

The 2012 inaugural release is a blend of eight
of the most striking and powerful Cabernet
Sauvignon and Merlot vineyards in the Napa Valley.
All hand-picked, hand-sorted, and aged entirely
in 100% new French Oak, this wine represents our
best efforts to craft perfection in a bottle. We hope
you enjoy it as much as we are proud to share it.

Steadfast is available in limited allocation for
a select few. 12 bottle commitment annually.
$2,200 per case pre-charged in January of each year
followed by a private release party for Steadfast
members only in the Fall.
