Sauvignon Blanc is a green-skinned grape variety that originates from the Bordeaux region of France. The grape most likely gets its name from the French words sauvage ("wild") and blanc ("white") due to its early origins as an indigenous grape in South West France. It’s known for producing crisp, dry, and refreshing white wines. Our SB is sourced from our Persistence Vineyard located in the South East corner of the Napa Valley and is truly a unique wine. Fermented in Stainless Steel and Concrete Eggs then aged in neutral oak barrels leaves you with an amazing palate weight and texture unlike any other Sauvignon Blanc you’ve tried. Looking for the perfect wine to enjoy on a hot Summer day, look no further, RFW Sauvignon Blanc is what you want to have in your glass!
