' Rococo Northpark Event in OKC

Dear Friends,

 

Owner and winemaker Steve Reynolds of Reynolds Family Winery will be co-hosting a wine dinner with Rococo Northpark in Oklahoma City this approaching Wednesday, January 26 at 7:00p.  Steve will be pairing several RFW wines with Rococo creations (proposed menu below).  The cost per person is $75 and you can reserve a spot or get more information by calling 405-212-4577.

With Fragrant Herbs and Vegetables in a Yuzu Vinaigrette

2nd Course

Pan Seared Duck Breast with Smoked Tomatoes
With Montrachet Croquette and Mixed Berry Gastriques

3rd Course
Stags Leap Reserve Cabernet
Black Angus Filet Ala Minute
Finished with a Dijon-Local Honey Demi Glac and
A Chorizo Polenta Cake and Sweet Pomme Frittes

Dessert
Naughty Sticky
Mixed Berry Crepes Finished
With a Pear-Sage Cream Sauce
And Balsamic Reduction
