Happy Holidays and hope you are keeping warm while we here in Napa embrace our first real Winter Storm. We expect to recieve some much needed 5 inches of rain this week and boy do we need it!
I am just sending another friendly reminder before the Winter Club shipment is billed the end of the month, that the credit card we have on file for you has expired. We apologize if you have not received a new card yet and you can ignore this email.
You can either update this information online or call the Winery. If you haven’t updated or created an account with us before you’ll need to set up one up. Simply click on the “My Account” tab in the upper right hand corner of our website, www.reynoldsfamilywinery.com. Type in the email address you provided for the wine club and click on “forgot password.” A temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you log in with your temporary password you may change it anytime.
If you do not remember the email address you provided please call me to directly update your account or send me an email. Please also let me know if you have moved, need your wine shipment to be shipped to different address or date or if you would like to add to your order. Thank you and may your Holiday's be joyous!!!
