Dear Wine Club Member,
We are sending another friendly reminder before the Winter Club shipment goes out January 5th that the credit card we have on file for you has expired. We apologize if you have not received a new card yet and you can ignore this email. We will be charging cards the end of December so that orders can be sent to our shipper and packaged.
You can either update this information online or call the Winery. If you haven’t updated or created an account with us before you’ll need to set up one up. Simply click on the “My Account” tab in the upper right hand corner of our website, www.reynoldsfamilywinery.com. Type in the email address you provided for the wine club and click on “forgot password.” A temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you log in with your temporary password you may change it anytime.
If you do not remember the email address you provided please call me at the winery at 707-258-2558. Please also let me know if you have moved, need your wine shipment to be shipped to different address or date or if you would like to add to your order. Thank you!!
